It is my turn to post the good news about my Labor being Certified. Just checked the status online, it says certified. Finally after 3 years, 7 months and 10 days.

Congratulations Vinay!!! Congratulations! For your case approval. Good luck for the rest of the process. I wonder when will I get my approval.

It seems to be intermitent. I kept trying for 2 hours and kept getting the error but now I get the Status "IN PROCESS" for 1 out of 3 or 4 tries.

MD FEB 2003 still waiting! I am from maryland and I'm still waiting for approval news. One MD case for the same PD as mine got approval in early August but I'm not as lucky.... Hope to get out of this PBEC hell soon. :mad:

Garfield, On 21st of July when my supervisor last called they told her that the case is assigned to analyst and could take any where from 3-12 months. But on the same day my lawyer requested a screenshot and had all the fields populated with information. And now hardly a month has passed and...
