Firstly congrats on your approval.
When you say 'Traditional', - are you meaning NON-RIR or do you mean NON_PERM?

Well it appears that the engine at Philadelphia BEC is finally motoring.....finally....at last.....!!!

My son called me as I am travelling on the West Coast to tell me that the DOL letter to the beneficiary had arrived. Apparently after 3 1/2 years my LC is approved. I will get details when I return but he told me the letter was dated August 8th.

My details are in the tracker and in my signature. See you all in I-140 forums and eventually when retrogression catches up, in I-485.

I received letter today that my labor has been approved.

EB3, Filed in CA, Philadelphia Backlog Center
priority date 04/03/03
45-day letter received 02/10/05
45-day letter replied 02/14/05

Any one applied from Vermont???

My PD is Dec'2004. Got 45 days letter in June'05. As per the attorney the approval should come by Oct'06. Just want to ckeck if anyone had applied from Vermont.
