I had come on F-1 and then changed to H-1. The previous F-1 I-94 card is still attached to my passport and I have given a copy to USCIS as well. I have also given copy of my H-1. Should the attached I-94 on passport be discarded? Will it create any confusion?

I dont believe I did this mistake but on I-485 for the question "In what status you last entered in the US, I had put H-1B when it should really be F-1". What should I do - 1. Write a letter when I get my receipt number? 2. Open a service request when I get my receipt number? 3. Both????

On I-765 item# 11 it asks us "Date". Which date are they referring to? Cause I had applied for OPT EAD twice (duration of 6 months each).

But why should there be a risk if we are withdrawing the application after we receive the receipt number, cause they'll go by receipt number and not by name? Two persons can have the same name. Yes, if we withdraw before we get a receipt number then there's surely a risk. Pls clarify....
