Please Help! I94 expired new I797 not received Gurus: I'm in H1B and my spouse is in H4 presently and our I94 (the bottom portion of I797) expired on 12.01.2005. Revalidating I-94
I94 expired no new I797 received Gurus: I'm in H1B and my spouse is in H4 presently and our I94 (the bottom portion of I797) expired on 12.01.2005.
