It takes 2-3 days to get the receipt. Did you upgrade to premium processing after applying in regular or directly did a premium ? The receipt # LIN remains the same if you upgraded from a regular application. My I-140 application was processed and approved in 3 days from date of receipt.

You do not need to go for stamping. You can re-enter with approval notice from new employer.
