How many days to get I-140 receipt for premium processing

It takes 2-3 days to get the receipt. Did you upgrade to premium processing after applying in regular or directly did a premium ? The receipt # LIN remains the same if you upgraded from a regular application. My I-140 application was processed and approved in 3 days from date of receipt.

My lawer mailed out I-140 application premium processing to Nebraska Service center on April 20th 2007 and so far I haven't recived receipt.
Do you guys know how many days it takes to get reciept after you mail out? or after they receive?

In my case the attorney received the receipt notice after a week.
