Guys, is there any harm in applying for both EAD & AP along with I485 even though I want to be in H1B status. Will it be a problem at the port of entry if I want to enter in H1B status and having unused EAD & AP?. Please share your experiences and thougts.

But is it valid if I obtain from sub-registrar? Yes two affidavits from my parents along with NAC. Is it valid if I obtain from sub-registrar. Corporation authorities refuse to give NAC.

Does any one know if I obtain non-availability of birth certificate from sub-registrars office will be enough. I have a tough time getting it from the corporation. Please share your views and experiences.

I was working for co A, then transfered my H1B to co B. After 5 months I left co B and came to co A. My H1B with Co A was still valid and I started working immedietly. Is is ok to do that?
