I have applied for I-140 and still waiting on a decision. I am on H1 and my wife is using her EAD, my questions are: If my I-140 doesn't go through how difficult will it be to get back my wife on H4 and What are the ways I can change her status to H4 from EAD. Thanks

I filed my I-140 NIW @VSC RD: 15th Sept 05. I have recieved multiple LUD since then. Couple of LUDs I can figure out is due to filing of I-485 and Biometrics but the the last 4 LUDs were on 12/2 12/3, 1/13, 1/14 without any msg change....What does it suggest??trouble!!! suggestions appreciated.

Hi, My husband filed I-140 NIW @VSC, RD Sept 15. I-485 package (+Both of ours EAD) RD Nov 15. My question: Does any activity in EAD also trigers LUD in I-140?? Our recent LUDs: I-140: 12/2;12/4 No msg change Both EAD: 12/5 No msg change Kind of confused as to what is going on.

My NIW self petition was filed on the 15th of Sep and i saw an LUD on the 2nd of Dec (Friday) and also on the 4th of Dec (Sunday), without any change in message. Is it possible USCIS is working on a Sunday!!

Hello all, I sent out my I-485 packeage on the 19th Sep and was received on the 20th Sep 05, but my checks has not yet been cleared as of 24th Sep 05. Does anyone have similar experience ? I assume we get a PD only after the checks are cleared. :confused:

I have just sent in my application for I-140 under National Ineterst Waiver and the retrogression kicked in. I will be sending in my I-485 in a couple of weeks. My question is Will i be able to apply for an EAD and AP when i send in my I-485? Will the EAD be processed ? Thanks
