My I-485 application was originally filed on 19th Sept 05 and it was returned on 7th Oct. In my I-140 application(filed on 15th Sept05) the beneficiary name was incorrectly entered and thus my I-485 came back saying no petition has been filed for this beneficiary. I waited for the I-140 notice to come with the correction and finally sent my I-485 again on 7th Nov. Today all checks were cashed..what a relief?? I am in and now the wait....
