Try using A# and if the namechecks/fp's are not cleared/ when they dont have info about visa#. try asking them to check using yr Application number. Just a thought.. Good Luck

I understand what you are saying. If its teh wrong way they should say sorry You shouldnt be enquiring ont htis number. But giving wrong information? Different IO's arent giving different answers but they are giving incorrect answers.

We did see on this forum that ppl have been approved within last 2 days. Lets hope IO was wrong. Anybody else having infopass in next few?

I hardly see any EB1/2 approvals for transfer cases.
