FP unloading issue- When can be loaded?

I have read through the threads recently, and it is clear that FP uploading is an issue within USCIS.. The approved cases are all around Fp2 done by early May, or even earlier.

I did not call TSC this week.. Not sure whether some one heard anything regarding FP uploading progress in CIS.. Why can they not transfer the files automatically or like ftp...Just can not imagine whether they load the FP file one by one?

I think thisisnt accurate.
If @ infopass they say fingerprints are fine i think USCIS should also have the results.
