hi virtuo0, when 140 is denid, ur 485 is automatically cancelled even tho u get FP notice... the MTR/appeal that u filed (290b) is only for 140... so pls do not bank on the 485 but continue with ur other cases..

Thanks for the response but I was not asking about the Visa dates. I know that when the PD becomes available thru visa bulletin, you can apply the 485. What i'm asking is after filing the 485, on what basis are they processed. is it the 485 receipt date or still the labor PD.

I got an email from my attorney that they received the approved AP's... My receipt date was some time in Aug'07...

My Online status changed to "Document mailed to applicant". What does it mean?? approved or denied. Btw, it changed only for my wife's application, not mine...
