I had the same question and I asked a lawyer. He told me that I can submit the visascreen 6 months after I file the petition. So I don't think that would be a problem. Hope this is correct and helpful. yoo

Does anybody know when we should have the visascreen ready after we file H1 or GC? I heard that we can tell USCIS that the certificate is in process and provide it later. Thanks!
