first, thanks for all the kind response. I did call NSC using the POJ couple of times, i was told that case was pending name check. Does that mean i am stuck? What do you guy mean by "stuck", taking more than usual processing time? Damn, not again, i' ve been in BEC prision for almost 5 years...

Does NC starts as soon as 485 app is received or FP is done? My PD is 2002/eb2 and RD is 05/2007? Is there something wrong? AM I stuck? How can I find out whether i am stuck?

mine was may/2007, no LUD yet. are you EB2 or EB3?

KRD, we are on the same boat, i am also EB2 and have the same PD, and little early RD of may 23 of 2007. The few cases you mentioned were like us that they have PD of 2002 or 2001, so hopefully NSC is also considering PD as a factor. Good luck to both of us.

I asked the same quetion on 485 forum, but here I'd like to ask it again for 140. If you have a real early PD, it is likely that NSC will process your 140 case faster? or Is it purely depending on 140 RD? the reason I asked was because that I observed some people with 2001 PD have their 140...
