The new ad should indicate MS+3 or BS+8 yrs exp.

Thanks for your reply GC_2006. I do have BS (Engeering)degree. The problem with the ad is that MS+3 yrs is not equivalent to BS+ 5 yrs.

p9k, Be carefull... There are a lot of pre-approved labor scams. Check everything before you proceed.

Ans to H12 should be NO Yumi, You can ask your lawyer to answer 'NO' to question 12 and resubmit. You may get audit review, but not denied status. Good Luck.
