Folks, After FP2 on 10/24, I saw LUD and then online message changed to " RFE is sent " on 485 cases around evening of 10/24 . But from 10/25 onwards online messages changed to regular message " Case transfered and pending " . Does this mean actually RFE sent ? Did you guys get case...

Thank you gcckar . There was no 485 RFE earlier. I called TSC I/O who confirmed that RFE was mailed yesterday. Regarding pending status changed after RFE mailed status , she told that it is computer glitch. I will check with lawyer after 2 -3 days .

After code 2 FP yesterday and saw LUD on our 485s and at end of day I saw online update that RFE mailed for me and spouse. But today I do not see that update anymore. It has now update of 485 transfered and pending in TSC. Has any one got similar update ? Thanks

Same happened here too. I got VSC to TSC transfer notice in March but in May I got to know from TSC that transfer is not yet complete (Physical files are transfered but electronic records are not ). So TSC told that they can not help me until transfer is complete. I called TSC atleast 20 times...

Good luck wheretogo. This indicates they process applications based on RD, Not PD. BTW, how did you get your walkin FP in ASC ? What did you tell them since you had no notice ?

I agreee. They process and adjudicate cases based RD. PD only makes a case eligible to file and for approval.
