SHOOT ! what an unnecessary pain... i dont remember but have you kept an eye on your LUDs everyday ? if you havent please do, I think if FP is received, LUD should change... anyways bottomline is you are on right track... (atleast not a freaky RFE ) DONT BELIEVE THAT FOR A MIN... trust...

LaborBadhi, 2 of 4 my friends directly got approvals without LUDs and on this forums, i see 485 LUDs mean approvals anywhere from 2 days to 2-3 weeks. AND it seems to be based on RD of 485 if that comforts you guys...

zzzz4zzzz, sorry to hear this tone from you ... i can understand the frustration... i would just ignore it for a few weeks/months... i agree it will come on its own... i was in same situation few years ago... completely ignored it, to the point i would stay away from those friends who invariably...

AGAIN, dont TRUST IO / Customer Rep Answers .. IOs, cutomer reps, in my case, proved ( to myself ) many times taht have really wrong information - some are just guessing... i stopped calling these guys... About using Senator / Congressman... it really depends on the Senator /Congressman ...
