    I got LUD on 02/03/08. i called USCIS and the lady said that case is assigned to a officer. then she checked the feb bulliten and said visa numbers not avilable for EB2 india, need to wait till visa numbers avilable.

    LUD after almost 1 year- what is that mean?

    you guys called vsc before LUD change ? as per earlier posts most of them got the approvel after few LUD changes. so, i am sure u guys are in the queue. my LUD was 1 yr ago. nothing new

    Finally Approved !!!!!!!

    Congreats srikanth. I never had LUD change on 485. not sure whats going on with it. but my 140 got approved with in a week after RD.
