To Call Or Not To Call ???

Hi Folks,

My Priority Date is FEB 2001 and 485 Filing dates are AUG 2004.
Should I CALL VSC guys again for an update or any progress path in terms of approval for others in the forum with the same PD and Filing dates.

Please advise and provide your suggestions.

Call

I waited till April 10 and then made a to VSC. To my bad luck, officer did not tell me anything and just asked me to wait.
Hence called National Customer Service and put new referral/query

Same here. Still waiting for my query to be answered. Query was filed in march.

I had the same issue. I called VSC last week, I was told that everything is clear on my case. I should just wait. Not sure, if I should put the enquiry.
 
How did you guys call VSC directly? is there a direct # for VSC related queries apart from National customer service #? Let me know.
 
I called few times and keep getting a message system is temperarly down. call again later. anybody getting this kind of message ?

One quick updated ! - Wanted to check with the forum too.

Just called my Attorney; they say that even though the PD becomes current it will not be picked up by the VSC guys until the effect day of the VISA bulletin ; case and point for MAY bulletin it would be MAY 01 2006 will be the actual date of when the application will be considered ?

Is this true ????? :-(

If you are lucky enough that is true!! otherwise they will pickup in June, July or god knows!!! (Sorry, I sounded frustrated becasue my case is current in March Bulletine and I'm still waiting them to pick up my case and approve it).
