Hi Jomia, Does the NSC officer call the ppl in ur reference letters? If the officer can get convinced by talking to those ppl then it really helps. As many folks mentioned, in ur RFE, provide a good cover letter that you are the top in your field.

Waiting from NSC I had filed to NSC and recieved a RFE. I responded to it yesterday. I have my fingers crossed. For TSC, can you scan the documents and send or you have to mail the evidence separately after efiling to TSC. As I just responded to the RFE for EB1 EA to NSC can I simultanously...

I have seen ppl in the forum resending application to TSC. I am in CA, can I file in TSC for EB1EA as TSC has jursdiction for certain states.

sent mine today I sent mine today to NSC by USPS express mail. Unless there is a delivery confirmation required, it is delived to the PO Box.

Does previous denied case effect new filing? If a case is denied in Eb1 category. Now I file in Eb2, will the previous denial cause any impact on the new case in EB2?

Gurus, I had I-140 approved with company A. I got laid off but 140 was not withdrawn. I am with company B. I have an offer from A, If I go back to A with the same job duties and the same location. Is it possible to use the same I-140 or I have to apply again in PERM ? Thanks...

its confusing The visa bulletin's date and the one in TSC are not in sync , I am from India...so now i got to wait to file when th date moves to 10/14 then. I am in CA but since all cases are moved from CSC to TSC. Interestingly now CSC shows 10/15/05
