Priority dates for TSC

Gurus,
My PD is 10/14/05 in EB2. The TSC shows processing time for 485 as 10/10/05 at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Texas

Does that mean, I can file for 485?

The processing dates for I-485 are not PD dates. Those dates are I-485 applications received at TSC for processing. i.e TSC now processng the applications received on or before Oct 10, 205.

You can file I-485 only If your PD is current. See the Visa Bulletin for the dates under your EB category and your country.

Visa Bulletin: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

Thanks

The visa bulletin's date and the one in TSC are not in sync , I am from India...so now i got to wait to file when th date moves to 10/14 then. I am in CA but since all cases are moved from CSC to TSC. Interestingly now CSC shows 10/15/05
