    W2 and 6 months pay stubs will be OK. It's better to attach a letter of employment containing the following: Date of employment; Nature of the job; Yearly salary earned; Number of hours per week worked; Prospects for future employment and advancement.

    It's better not filing I-130 for them before they enter the USA. They will come to the USA first for visiting and traveling, about 3 months later, you can file I-130 for them, at the same time they can file I-485, I-693, I-765 and I-131 (optional), attaching your I-864 to the I-485.
