My Atttorney also told me not to continue working untill I get my new EAD. So I am going on forced vacation from next week, but everything is very confusing. Some of my friends have worked without EAD so I don't know what to do. Looks like its all up to employer.

Actually my atttorney filed for me and he did't ask from me about these. Can we send it now ?? Also somebody was telling that sometimes you can get EAD if you try to go directly to Nibraska. I have really poor knowledge about this but now I am in big trouble where I am going to lose my job.

EAD Renewal I filled my renewal of EAD on Nov 12th. My petiton goes to Nebraska Office. They received my file on Nov 13th. My EAD is expiring on Dec 17th. Is there any way we can get the EAD before the expiration date. Please help us , Any advice will be greately appreciated.
