why lot of first timers winning? Is it because they are not flaged for : -same picture as last year -flagged for past fraudulent entries -better understanding of the rules ? because I know many many entries are disqualified & the persons don't even know so next year they do the same thing...

me too i am hoping for the best, 12 days before the big results... I know it is a lottery but at least in this lottery, we are sure to have winners... Me, if selected, i just stay in usa & file AOS... do not want to go back to canada, damn winter.... to keep my hope high, i keep telling...

Some people play for decade & never got selected... So they end up cheating (duplicate entries...) & also many people don't even read the rules so they just register as much as they can (one guy from bangladesh entered 2000 times in 2012...), other submit wrong pictures ect.. So when you see...

Well... Was one of may 1st selected... sent my documents... Then rentered the lottery this year. Went on visa weaver in usa, applied for an extention of stay (december 2011) & so far no problem

If you enjoy australia then fine, more time to enjoy surfing. But me i can't stand europe at all, I am curently in usa & would hae having to go back to europe

I just want to know guys, do someone knows which days has the highest number of entrants & which has the lowest? Personally I think the first day has the highest followed by the second & the last one... days from 10 october to 1 november may be the quiest.
