I had one yesterday. They said, no new FP is currently issued for me. It may be because USCIS may not need any from me. I am seriously thinking about WOM. Are you taking any info pass after Aug. 10th? Is so, please let us know what ever they tell you.

Any guess? Since I do not see many approvals, logically speaking, dates should at least stay where they are now, for EB2 India/China. In best case , it may move forward.

Looks like NSC is better than TSC in processing. I see many updates on NSC but TSC. Additionally, they are processing 2006 applications!!!

I think Approval rate if very low. If the USCIS officers are going to be this slow in processing, I doubt they can process all applications for available visas. That may mean, in Sep., Eb2 India will stand where it is or it may move bit forward unless USCIS picks up speed in approving...

Called the customer service via POJ. Officer was a nice lady and said, every thing on the case is fine, and the case is waiting to be assigned to an officer. The congressman's office is asked to contact USCIS on August 01,when the PD becomes current, for more definitive answer. So sick...

Good Luck to you too VJ. I notice your last FP was in May 2007. I guess you will be completing 15 months mark sometimes in August, like me. So far I am done with all three FPs, code 1,2 and 3. My last FP of code 1 will expire in the first week of August. I am not sure if they reuse FP.

I called in the morning and was told they can't look up to check the status or open an SR as their system is down. Any one was told by when they will have it fixed? Thanks
