There are many I-140 tracking threads on this forum. It would be nice to keep this Excel sheet clean with only approved I-140 and not enter entry for cases still pending.. My 2 cents..

Currently at VSC, EB3 is better than Eb2.. Said that EB-2 is gaining some momentum....so who knows what will happen in next 3-6 months... This information is again available on the published processing time... Did you check the processing time ?

Of course I-140 does... You can check the website for different processing time. Search this forum and you will see Eb-2 and Eb-3 are crying over slow processing of their cases. EAD and AP officially do not have different processing time but then you don't know how BCIS handle the cases...

dynobuoy, 3 day rule is not related to immigration but to Human Resource. HR would require you to provide the necessary employment authorization paperwork within the first 3 days of work or within the first 3 days of the expiration of current employment documents.

a) Congrats b) You dont have to receive EAD card in hand.. for first three days after your H-1 B visa expired. So if H-1B visa expires on 12/07... you are good till 12/10... Hopefully you should receive EAD card by then c) You lucky ...... I-140 approved in less than 4 months....
