Sanga Ji,

How can I scan the EAC03125 Series for the I 140 & I 485. I am not a computer expert. If you could kindly give me step by step instructions. I will be very grateful.

Thanks.:)

You need to use the scripts that are available in various palces in this site. The BCIS website allows only 1000 queries in 24 hours span. Unless you use IP spoofing(to use different IP addresses), you need to specify a range not exceedig 1000 and get all the cases for that series over a period of time. Once you complete your first scan over the entire range, then next time onwards you can use that case list to scan only those EAC numbers, which is very fast and effective.

Question for Sanga??

Hi Sanga,

I have used the VB script to scan I140 cases for a specific day. Now that I have all the EAC #s for all I140 cases, I would like to scan only these instead of using a range. I understand that you are currently doing this. Can you share the macro/script that you use to do this (scanning from a list of EAC#s)???

I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks.

Does it have another script. In my excel sheet it is called Modified scan. If you have it run that one.

Re: Question for Sanga??

I use the following script.

Here are the details:
Open the attached excel sheet. (I am attaching it)
Rename worksheet EACYY-DDD to your "Year" and "Day" (since you have all the EAC numbers collected)
Copy your case numbers into that sheet

Do CTRL + Z
Eneter YY-DDD values
It will say EACYYDDD is already exist, will scan only listed cases. Say OK.
It will ask to confirm it, click YES.
It will scan and report the cases.

Some times, because of the wait time, it may skip some EACs. You can run the same process over and over (on the sme sheet) to find he status of all the cases in your list.

ACCESS denied!!! - Please help

All:

I have been trying to run the script but I am being denied after I run only 5 records!!!!!

Any idea how to do the IP spoofing thing??

Has anyone faced the same problem??

Can anyone please run a check for me for the following range:

EAC04 022 53556 to the end ( I do not know how many applications were received that day???)

If you cannot do for the above range can you do as much as you can .. like a 1000 at a time.

I would appreciate your help.

Thanks
S

Lot of I-485 cases are reported as approved in less than 10 months  I never remeber any one in 485 forum reporting such approvals. Even though very few approvals as late as August are being reported on forum, this web site has tonnes of cases that are approved with in a year. Any one has more info on this website?

Sanga,
Your recent approval list in previous message is it for I485 or I140?

Can I request a favour from you for scanning the EAC03148 series for I140. My number is EAC0314852XXX. To get a clear picture should the scan cover everything between 50000 to 55000 for that day?

thanks,
raju

rajudm,
Those are I-140s.

Yes, you should first collect all the I-140 cases in that range which requires scanning all the cases w/ script. Once you have I- 140 cases, its breeze to check status on those selected cases.

Sorry, I don't want to scan the case list, as my work started monitoring net usage

thanks.

sanga,
thank you. Do you have the procedure for collecting I140? and the scanning routine? I can run them at home. Since my IP is dynamic I should be able to do it in phases.
