Well when you provide letter as documentary evidence you don't have to go into details of inorganic or organic....go in borad sense.....thumb rule say what "is " not what "is not"..................along with that if possible show them your achaivemnets relating to proposed NIW in thsi job also...

not that BAD RFE you need 1. Independent letters 2.letters shd clearly address third prong 3.while mainly it says third prong od NIW it also asks for proof o fnational interest at one point! Do your efforts to get all these then you are safe!!

Well, Its just step they have taken owing to bispecialization! Now NSC will give decision on ur AOS (I-485) generally speaking NSC is labelled as slower than TSC (other center doing AOS)....but who knows things can change.. I beleive its not related to ur Eb1-EA application!
