Dear EB1 Doc & Group,
There were two LUD's after they recieved my RFE and then stopped....
There were two LUD's after they recieved my RFE and then stopped....
I also received two LUDs soon after they received my RFE response. Three weeks later I received another LUD. After that nothiing has happened. It has been a week since that last LUD. So I have been waiting for a month now and have no idea what the recent LUD means. It is an EB1OR case.
My original petition was filed on Sept 30, 2005 at NSC. NSC is currently processing the Sept 28 and before cases. I don't know if this applies to RFEs.
Is one month after RFE response too soon to initiate an enquiry?
