I also had a LUD on 08/19 . Then it again changed on 10/28 ( I dont know why , didnot do anything special for the LUD to be changed) . Message still says that received your application on July 2003 .... My wife's 485 LUD also changed on 08/19 ...but not on 10/28 . It will be nice to know...
