I-140 Approved today Hi Guys, My I140 get approved after a long wait. I got RFE on PP processing I140 and after receving the RFE UCSIS approved my case in three days. i think its worth paying 1000$ toward PP . See you guys in 485 fourm.

As far as i know. You can do that as your I-140 approved. Once I-140 approved PD belong to you and you can port these PD. Only thing you need the Copy of I-140 approval notice and attch when you file I140 with new employer.
