I-140 Approval (Premium Processing)

Guys

I am very happy to post here that my I140 has been approved...it was long over due . finally i had to do premium processing.

my I140 was filed 5/5/2006
first LUD 7/22/06
Perm upgradation was done 5/8/2007
I140 approved 5/16/2006 930PM got emails.

Luckily my I485 dates are also current now as per June,2007 bulletin so it worked out very well and I am preparing for 485 now.

Also just any one who is curious about my i140 education etc...
I am only having a Matric plus 3 years diploma (state govt.) I don't have any other qualification at all. I didn't send any evaluation at all.

Only good thing my lawyer ,which I think is a big deal , he put it in my labor as Bachelor + 2 years exp or no degree with 5 years exp. So "no degree and 5 yrs experience " is what made my I140 approved without any RFE....

I just don't understand why these lawyers won't put same thing what a candidates has e.g if we have 3 yr degree...juts mention 3 year degree ......thats exactly my lawyer did......I wish all the best everyone for who I140 is pending or folks going through RFEs etc...

Congrats mgupta2050, mine was also applied on 5/10/2007 and approved yesterday (5/16/07). Waiting for approved notice in mail....

Hello,

I am looking to file 140/485 concurrently as my PD is current.Do i need to do premium processing for 140 or just regular.will it speed up the 485 process?

if u can afford it..go for it...one less thing to worry about and get it outta of way....for last one year I was on this form every day and checking my status online....what a mess....but i ended up using Perm only which they approved in 7 days...all they want is money......
 
140 PP approved

Hi All,

Just want to inform that my I-140 is approved, I did the PP on 10th May and got e-mail notification on 16th May.

I sent my I140 PP on May 21 and Nebraska Service Center received it on the 22nd. Can somebody please tell me how will it take for me to get a reciept notice.

upgraded to PP on May 21st

I am still wating for receipt. Looks like NSC takes 10 days to enter into there system.
 
Documents for I-140 Premium

I already submitted I-140 and I-485 on 4/10/07. I would like to upgrade my I-140 to Premium process. What kinds of documents are needed? Will the lawyer charge for this service? Do employer need to sign in the application paper?

I don't want the employer to get involved. Last time it takes them 2 months to sign all the paper work for I-140 and I-485 application.

It looks like that NSC is extremely slow in assigning receipt number, if you are not filing electronically.
Mine was filed on May 17 but so far have not heard anything about receipt number. Guess my lawyer did not file electronically since it is a concurrent filing.
 
Recent receipt notices?

I applied for I140 EB2 premium processing at NSC on 30th may. No receipt notice yet...

Did any of you recently get receipt notices/approvals?
 
I-141 PP Pending

Hi Guys,

Is there any we way we can figure out if I-141 filed PP or Normal by looking at receipt# or USCIS website ? Boz my employer saying its PP but i dont trust him.

I-140 Approved today

Hi Guys,
My I140 get approved after a long wait. I got RFE on PP processing I140 and after receving the RFE UCSIS approved my case in three days.
i think its worth paying 1000$ toward PP .

Hi Forum,

I-140 applied in NSC on April 14.. Changed to PP on Jun 14th, approval notice sent on June 18th.:)

I sent out request for premium also on the 14th of this month. How long did it take for them to put in the system. Did you send out the documents prior to the 14th or they logged it in on this day?
