Porting PD for substitute labor ??

Hi,

I have quick question for you guys. It would be great if anybody can help me out.

My current company filed my 140 based on substitute labor (EB2: PD 02/2005). And i got approval for 140 last month. Now i am planning to switch to another company and they will file my GC under EB2.

My question is can i port my PD when my 140 is based on substitute labor ?

As far as i know. You can do that as your I-140 approved. Once I-140 approved PD belong to you and you can port these PD. Only thing you need the Copy of I-140 approval notice and attch when you file I140 with new employer.
