Case Status It happened to me too. The status was updated with the second FP for me and my wife. I never got any emails.

FP Status LIN02231...... I had my second FP done on May 13th and my status was updated on May 25th. My wife had her second FP done on May 18th and her status was updated on May 26th.

Status Updates I think the status updates are done only once or twice a week probably in the middle of the night. That's what I could conclude based on my experience.
