    Why change address at all if you are keeping your old residence ? and giving a hotel address is something that just does not sound right. If I were you, I would not submit any change of address; especially since your PD is current.

    No, you dont have to worry about it. I havent had any LUD changes after doing Code 1's, the only time I saw a LUD change was when I did my Code 2 Biometrics last July.

    I am more or less in the same boat as you and I did receive Code 1, but I am not reading too much into it because it has been 15 months since I did my first Code1 and FPs do expire in 15 months. Also the FPing you did 4 months ago, was it Code 2 by any chance ?

    Count me in...got the Code 1 Notice. It has been 15 months since I did my first code 1 and I guess they usually expire within that time period..

    You can legally hold as many jobs as you can on EAD. Just remember that one of the jobs is in the same or similar category as the labor certification.

    May 2006 bulletin on travel.state.gov shows 01 March 01 for EB3 India. New Delhi showing the wrong date has happened couple of times.

    EAD for driver licience renewal, does it invalidate the H1 status ?

    Using EAD to renew your DL will not invalidate your H1, you are just using the EAD as a proof of your legal stay in the US.

    Yes, you still need a Canadian Visa to enter Canada, since you dont have a GC yet.

    I seriously doubt that there will be any leap (let alone quantum leap) for this year (EB3 India) after the PD gets to 2000/2001...you have to realize that there are many many cases with PD of 2001.
