But I don't understand how can they write "October visa Priority dates"???
B'coz Oct dates were already out in Sept. If at all, it should be Nov. dates..
If true, its good news for rest of the world except India..!!

Ok.. Lets summarize the scandal with the Manila dates.
-First nobody gave credit to the information posted.
-Then many people started saying that the information was wrong due to web browser incopatibility.
-Others said this info is incorrect. Lets wait to the official bulletin.

At the end the data in the Manila website was REAL!!!!

Remember, this is information provided through an US embassy website.

So. Does this mean the info in Dehli is real too? Or this time they really screw up? I do not think so. :)

DIfficult to beleive !
Suddently Even China has gone ahead.
EB3 can go ahead of EB2 and
EB1 stuck at place.............
difficult !!!

I think the priority dates in Delhi website is of the month october. EB1 and EB2 dates are the same as october visa bulletin. It looks like the delhi website made a mistake in EB3 dates for the month of october. They have put china's date as India's (If you see the oct bulletin that is adjacent to India's) and also they have wrongly put EB3 for the others as current. Other than that all the other dates are similar to october bulletin.

But may be this is the november bulletin who knows  . We will know for sure in 3-4 days :).

ETA : If you look into the family based priority dates , they all are the same as oct visa bulletin . Heres a link to oct bulletin http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_2631.html . So I strongly think that the one in delhi website is of month october and they made a mistake in the dates of EB3 category.

I beleive Honey is right!
as it is it says "PRIORITY DATES FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2005"
Manila might proved to right in the past but this looks like oct 2005 bullitein information...........it is quite likely that nov bulleting will not show any movement!!

but why they will post Oct Bulletin again in the middle of the month?

but why they will post Oct Bulletin again in the middle of the month? Visa bulletin always published before the begining of the month. In past including have you ever seen wrong visa bulletin including Manila (not IE cmplient news)?Last month bulletin where they shown EB3 as Jan 98 was actually wrong (we all know) but USCIS never apologised for that.So for the time being don't speculate,it's correct bulletin except typo "October". :D

A quantum leap of cut-off date for EB3 India.. I hope the trend continues.
In next six months we might see late 2003 cut-off dates for EB3...

I seriously doubt that there will be any leap (let alone quantum leap) for this year (EB3 India) after the PD gets to 2000/2001...you have to realize that there are many many cases with PD of 2001.

corrections done for INDIA
