the reason i am confused is because it doesnt specifically say the "last" arrived date on the form.

we are filing I-130 for my spouse...and we are a little confused as to what the answer for Question 14; "if your relative is currently in the US...Date Arrived?" would be. Do we enter the date when my spouse FIRST came to the US or the date when he LAST(most recently) came to the US after...

my concern is if there is a chance that they might reject or delay the application even before the interview?

and isnt it true that these days the entire process takes only 3-4 months?? they are much more quicker with the whole thing..

is that the case... because we were under the impression that the interview letter can arrive before the AP and may cause problems for him to travel out of country for the wedding!!

is there a way to postpone or reschedule the interview without it affecting the AP?? because we cant go for the interview until we start living together.

so will he get his travel document within three months?? and is there a chance of him getting his interview date before his travel document??
