Hi, Yes! you have to apply I-90 and along with your GC plasticard , Birth certificate, then you will go to local USCIS office for GC stamp on Passport with Receipt notice. Recentyl my wife got DOB wrong on GC , then I sent I-90 along with GC , birth certificate, she got receipt notice from...- vgk
