Date of Birth on Green Card is incorrect - Supporting Documents

Hi,

I have received my green card today (07/30/07) and I found that my date of birth on it is incorrect. So, now I am preparing to send form I-90 to correct my DOB. What I found, I also need to send supporting documentation which says my correct DOB. Please guide me what would be the supporting docs for correct date of birth. I wanted to send copies of the following documents.

1. DOB affidavits that I submitted when I filed my I-485.
2. Social Security Card
3. I-94

Are the above docs are enough or do I need to send any docs other than above?

I would really appreciate you if you could anyone out there help me.

Try to attach the following:

1. Notorized copy of your Passport

2. Notorized copy of your I-94

Hi PERMEB2,

You should attach the following
1. Copy of proof of birth (Birth certificate).
2. Copy of Passport
along with your original green card these are must and should .
.
But I attached copy of AP, EADs, H1, I-94,Birth certificate, Passport and Original Green card.
Once you get receipt notice then you can go to local USCIS office for GC stamp on Pasport.
