EB3 LC and 140 approved. PD is 5/2003. Can I re-apply EB2 Perm and 140 and then use EB3's PD (5/2003) as to carry over to wait for 485 visa number?
If EB2 perm or 140 get denied, will this affect my original EB3 application (LC and 140) or EB3's 485 waiting process?
EB3-China. PD 5/2003...
My 140 is approved and my 485 has been pending since 2003. Now that it may take approximately 2 years to get it approved, I am now considering to become self-employed by having my own company in CA. Has anyone had any experience on using AC21 to become self-employed? Or has anyone heard anything...
Can I still fill 485 even though the visa number is not available?
Suppose I get my LC through PERM and am ready to fill 140. Do I have to wait 4 to 5 years when the visa number is up to present then fill the 485 or can I fill 140 and 485 at the same time now?
I hope I can at least fill 485...
Then am I supposed to get a name-check done notice or something like that? I have never received anything like that since I filed 485 in Nov, 2003 or finger print Dec 2004.
name check=finger print?
I only received a notice for finger print in Dec, 2003. I did it on the date specified on the notice. Am I supposed to receive another notice for name check? Or is the name check the same as finger print?
EB3: PD: 05/28/2003.
140 Approved.
485 Ref
What are the possible 485 REFs? Are they about the company's financial status, the abilities to pay, or mainly about the applicants' own situation  ?
EB3: PD: 05/28/2003.
140: REF 12/31/2004. Approved 02/2005.
Confused: PD for EB-3
Is the PD for 485 approval or passport stamp?
I am EB-3 (skilled worker) waiting for 485 approval. I submitted in Nov, 2003. But there is no priority date on my 485 form.
Is the PD applied to every EB-3 no matter if it is specified in the 485 form or not...
