i just saw change in LUD on our 765 efiled application. we efiled 765 in Nov 2006, gave FP code 2 for EAD on Jan 4th 2007. in last two days i have seen 6 changes lud changes on 4 apps 485 lud changes on 01/24 and 01/25 765 lud changes on 01/25

did your change in msg says that FP review completed or jsut change in LUD. mine is just change in lud on 24 and 25 for both mine and my spouse case...

i pray that is the case. i tried finding this out by calling help desk and no +ve response. i also tried scanning the forum for this answer and there was no +ve response. but when i saw few cases similar like ours...they got FP and then got approved in 2 days to 1 month period. lets...

i am thinking of giving a week time and then take an infopass to chk on the status.

Few other who got their GC approved recently got it in range of 2 days to 1 month after they gave their FP and PD is current. Some cases did not even have change in LUD. not sure where does my case stands currently at VSC. its a nail biting experience and cannot focus my mind anywhere else apart...

I was just curious to know if i got 2nd FP Code 1 during the month when my PD got current, does that mean my name check is cleared???? also i gave biometrics (FP code 2) this month for my efiled EAD...would they take that in consideration for final approval of GC without again asking me to go...

Congrats Redlobster....your case approval gives me also some hope My case is Eb3 Apr 30 2001 India.. Gave my 1st FP Code 3 way back in Aug 2005. efiled for 2nd EAD in Nov 2006 and gave my FP Code 2 in Jan 2007. Simultaneously also got FP Code 1 in Jan 2007 and finished my FP on Jan 19th...

I am not sure about the Name Check issue. I tried calling the VSC officers to tell me if my name chk is cleared. they refused to tell anything over phone. I was waiting to give my 2nd FP. Now i am thinking of calling VSC again on Monday I did my 1st FP in Aug 2005 that was CODE 3. My 485 RD...
