guys any updates on spouse case... after many calls i was able raise a case status referral today on my spouse case...earlier they were reluctant to take a case status referral also...today a nice guy in help desk took all details and said wait for 30 days...

Harakad They have mailed me the card...but spouse case is still pending....I am giving them 2 weeks time and then will raise a case status check on my spouse case.

usually once u submit RFE response...and they recieve it....your case should be approved in 2 weeks times...so keep the party ready Harakad...

I just called the VSC rep and they said to wait for a week before raising a querry. since then i have not contacted anyone so far. if no movements happen this week then i will call them again to find out about the current status

hmmm....i was of a thought that if u get FP2 during the period ur date is current means ur NC is cleared.... as we both got the FP2...i was certain...have u tried calling the 800# and connecting to VSC

count me in too....approved for me and spouse is still waiting... i called VSC rep today and she said hang on buddy and give us a week or two to work on it.....

thanks again guys....i am sure everyone who is waiting will be getting approval soon... today they ordered the production of new card for me. even thou i gave 2nd FP as Code 1...but i also recently gave Code 2 for my EAD...i guess they might have pulled it from EAD file. as far as spouse...

i guess u got FP2 before the PD became current....guys who got FP2 after PD current are still at VSC....i sugges u taking a infopass and check out about ur NC is cleared or not
