CIS new policies or procedures will never make us happy since all their prior attempts failed. We need a immigration policy change by US government. Policies will be immigration friendly only if non-citizens also have voting rights (some cities already have...........). This is election year, so...

If CIS use our application money only to adjudicate our applications rather than spending that money for security check which is actually Immigration Control work then CIS can move ahead and reduce backlog, the whole issue is not about insufficient fund it's about inappropriate usage of fund.

Creating a separate product line for concurrent I-140/I-485 filers will obviously have a great impact(obviously positively) on processing time. EB applicants will have separate product line which we never enjoyed in the past. This is the first time CIS has shown some interest for EB applicants...

I'm sure this is reply to our lawsuit since this memo was sent on March 31, 2004 which coincides with the deadline for the reply of our lawsuit and also concurrent filing is only for EB GC's. Separate product line for EB GC's is obviously our success. But CIS doesn't want to accept that in court...

Also, GC delay results in citizenship delay which ultimately delays the reunion with your parents in USA since only US citizens can sponsor GC for their parents, brothers and sisters.
