It's no time for laziness when you have to prepare for a uscis interview ;) I would highly recommend you get as much evidence as you can regarding the matter if you feel like it could be an issue during the interview.

Have a letter from your doctor explaining the issue, and any proofs that you have of the accident, + medical reports etc
