    Its CIS buddy - renowned all over for their inconsistencies and ridiculousness. You'll get approved as soon as an officer goes over your case.

    No. Include the receipt of your GC w/ your app and you can get a new one for free. Bear in mind that once your GC gets approved, you'll have to pay though. That said, If I were you, I'd file for RP which is valid for 2 years instead of RTD.
