    If you have valid h1 then you must work, only proof is paystub. You can try with out pay stub for H4 to H1. If any RFE comes let face it. At any case you must change your H4 to H1 whenever you are not at work. You can change any number h4 to h1, h1 to h4 in timely manner.

    You have chance only if your PD is not current to get your further extention through your previously approved I 140. If your present employer not for your LC, then why you are working with them, unless you have no intention of having your PR.
