    Old Green Card

It's not valid, and you are no longer a permanent resident. It would be best to surrender the card officially, but you've been traveling to the US without problems you say? So all's well. Just never carry or show your expired GC to CBP.

DV qualified passport but unqualified country of birth

Too bad, but if it makes you feel any better, the DV lottery IS basically just a dream. Chances of winning are VERY slim... If you're still single, you can try to keep an eye out for DV-eligible partners, hehe. Just make sure to ask them where they were BORN!

    Citizenship Interview Question

Yes, write a letter explaining that you'd been issued two tickets but only remembered one at the interview, but that you were sending in proof of everything being paid off.

    Naturalization and going abroad..

Think about applying for a re-entry permit too just in case you have to stay out for an extended period.

    VISA Information for Countries

As mentioned here, you are legally NOT allowed to go to Schengen countries that would normally require a visa from you. The exception to the visa rule for RTD holders or LPRs is a bilateral one that several countries make. In practice, they do not check within Schengen, and if they do, they...

    VISA Information for Countries

Alternately, you can go to a country where only YOU require a visa if you save a lot of money in total.

    Marrying back in cop?

First of all, they will unlikely check or hassle you in the US because you went/go to your COP after naturalising. Second, if conditions have changed and you do not necessarily fear persecution any longer, you need not worry and can go there and act as normal, or as normally as you feel comfortable.

Travel to Germany with Green card

With an RTD, no visa required. With an RP, a visa is required, but the RP will be valid for two years instead of just one like the RTD.

    VISA Information for Countries

Where are you going? If you have an RTD you can travel on that as long as the countries to which you are going recognise the document. You don't need a passport in such cases.

    VISA Information for Countries

I will add that what Mike says is not technically allowed, but they mostly don't check, or in some cases, even when they check, they allow entry. However, you should know that legally, you may only enter and travel to countries, even within the Schengen Area, that allow RTD holders access...

Name difference in green card and birth certificate, which one should i use in n400?

Use your GC name. I had a similar issue (spelling difference), and what happened in the end was that they made me do an official name change from my birth certificate name to my GC name. So, now I have official documentation if there's any issue. Is Kumar your middle name in your passport or...

Re-Entry Permit - Change of Address (After Bio-Metrics appointment is complete)

You file an AR11: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do but the problem is they might not update a pending application. I think you have to do it twice, once as a general change, and once for the pending application.

Filling of N-600 form outside the United States

No the citizenship was passed on when you were born, so the requirements need to have been met when you were born. Your father need not be around if everything is in order (and I am sorry for your loss).

N600 interview asking for passport or any document relating to entry to US

Yeah you can apply anywhere. The consulate in Frankfurt at least does not ask for proof of residency or any such thing. Just an address.

Green card holder - Study Abroad

You're traveling with your US citizen spouse? So the proof of a genuine marriage shouldn't be an issue. The length of time spent abroad seems to be a bit of a grey area, but I don't know if that's a reason to deny removal of condition. If you can afford the re-entry permit go for it just to...

Canadian getting married in the US without a visa?

Totally fine. My partner and I did this, and she returned to her country. Though, she wasn't planning on moving to the US. It was the other way around :)
