That was pretty fast Talozie. It took me just over 9 months to get everything squared away and get my wife here in the US. My file was delayed due to my negligence of not including the I130 receipt with the initial I129F filling. Be sure to do so Tawana when you get ready to file.
My Wife will be here today!

You are welcome BHE... It took them nearly 6 months to send me the approval for I129f. I just received a letter from NVC stating that my wife will receive further instructions (PACKET 3.5) with in a week. I will keep you posted.

I would definately file for the I129f as soon as you can. Be sure to include a copy of the NOA from the I130 when you submit the I129f.
I got both I129f and I130 approvals in the same day.
Best of luck.

I hear you Lena it is need mind bogling to think that they can dictate my chosen place to live. But I spoke to a interviewer at the American consulate in Islamabad, Karachi and he adviced me to head back to US cause on occasions he has seen applications denied due to the family being together...
Thank you for the response Lena, I think I might head back to USA since I spoke to the American Consulate and they say that I should go back to USA because if I stay in Pakistan, my wife might not be approved for her visa since we are together.
