Our NIW 140 approved on the same day 04/04/05. We did FP on the same day. But I concurrent filed on 07/01/2004, which is 3m later than yours. My FP results came back on 04/16/05 and web info has been updated. Did your FP results come back? Let's pray! God does help.

Hi, mqj73: Do you know how long does it take for USCIS to clear your 'FP' and 'Name Check', this seems to be an unexpected factor now. Some people say 'name check' can take very very long.

Priority date is the date that they received your 140 application. So actually they receive your 140 on 25, and issue you a notice of receipt on 29. I don't think it means anything.
