I remember you submitted your 485 in early July of 2004. You will get it approved in one month or sooner. Good luck to you, Thank you buddy.

Did you ever call the VSC rep. If so what was there reply? I called them yesterday and they said the case is pending but the FP and name check was cleared. Would appreciate your inputs.
 
you will get approval soon

I never give a call to USCIS because my approval is right on schedule +/- one month. on 5/17/04 I submitted my 485. I believe you will get your approval in one or two weeks. Good luck to you.

I did FP 04/04/05, result come back 04/16/05,
LUD changed on 04/18/05, 04/19/05.

Unfortunately, I am one of those cases where the LUD changes were there without change in message. I had one LUD on 22nd Apr and then one on 5/13/05 but both times without any change in message (still says that your application has been received on blah....). I will definitely keep you uptodate with development on my side.

You did FP on 04/21/05, so your LUD changed on 04/21, and 04/22,
so 04/22 is for FP only. Usually, if they tough your case,
LUD will be changed in 2 consecutive days.

It's very strange that there is no info on your FP results.
Ususally, after about 10 days or 2wks, the results will come back
and LUD will be changed in 2 consecutive days, and web info
will be changed to 'On XXX, we recevie you results of FP and
process is resumed on your case ..... blah, blah, blah'.
I am not sure if anything happened to your FP. You can ask
other friends about this to get more info.

Yeah, I was little concerned about it. Then another guy from my town also had applied in NIW category (aug 24, 2004). He had his FP done on the same day. Surprisingly enough, he also did not get the FP received message but he got his approval on 5/9/05. His was concurrent. Another friend also got his approval on concurrently filed application of sept 2004. Somehow some applications seem to go on a fast track. But the next part of the story was I called up VSC and the rep told me that my case was pending but the FP and namecheck was done. So that is the reason I hope that my case should be taken up in the next couple of weeks.
We should keep in touch though.
